BlastPoint CTO and Cofounder Tomer Borenstein will be joined today, October 22, at the SECC’s annual Fall Members Meeting by Katherine Scholl, Director of Customer Experience at Duquesne Light Company. The two will be presenting on how DLC is using BlastPoint’s customer intelligence platform to build smarter, more robust billing and collections strategies that protect customers through the coronavirus crisis.
