Live At The SECC 2020 Fall Members Meeting: BlastPoint+Duquesne Light Co.!

This week, BlastPoint goes virtual with the Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative’s 2020 Fall Members Meeting and Workshop to learn, share and connect about all things energy.

BlastPoint CTO and Cofounder Tomer Borenstein will be joined today, October 22, at the SECC’s annual Fall Members Meeting by Katherine Scholl, Director of Customer Experience at Duquesne Light Company. The two will be presenting on how DLC is using BlastPoint’s customer intelligence platform to build smarter, more robust billing and collections strategies that protect customers through the coronavirus crisis.

Borenstein and Scholl’s presentation will cover a lot of great topics, including:

  • BlastPoint’s collaborative partnership with DLC  
  • Some customer personas BlastPoint uncovered within DLC’s data
  • How DLC is making use of BlastPoint’s platform, personas and analyses
  • How DLC is boosting enrollment in energy assistance, flexible payment plans and other cost-saving programs. 

We’ll be sure to bring you highlights from SECC’s Virtual Fall Members Meeting and Workshop as it unfolds. It’s always a fantastic week packed full of new insights.
