1. Campaigns Preview: Track Changes and Automate Actions
We’re thrilled to share the preview of Campaigns, our flagship feature that lets you track how your Segments evolve over time with defined Goals.
Campaigns now include Campaign Automations (launching soon in the preview), allowing you to automate tasks based on time-based Triggers, such as an Audience Refresh. For example, you can set up an Automation to send an email with a secure link to a CSV export, ensuring that key data reaches the right hands, on time, with minimal effort.
We’re actively improving Campaigns based on your feedback—try it out and let us know what you think!
2. Segment Overview Level Attribute Insights
Understanding trends across key attributes has never been easier. With the new Segment Overview Level Attribute Insights, you can now compare the medians and averages of important attributes side by side.
If your BlastPoint instance includes Social Media Preferences data, you’ll be able to see how these preferences vary across your Segments, giving you a more comprehensive view of your audience.
3. Enhanced Insights for Maps
We’ve supercharged Maps, making them more insightful and responsive:
Choropleths now display the total number of members and members per segment within boundaries.
Clicking on a point or member reveals more detailed data, giving you granular insights at your fingertips.
Performance boost: Maps are now 50% faster under most workloads, letting you explore data more efficiently.
Whether you’re analyzing geographic trends or focusing on individual data points, these enhancements provide a richer mapping experience.
4. A Facelift for BlastPoint’s UI
A smoother interface means a smoother workflow. This quarter, we’ve improved BlastPoint’s UI with:
- Breadcrumbs for easier navigation between features.
- More consistent copy and button designs, making actions clearer.
- Actionable empty states to guide you when no data is available.
These updates make the platform more intuitive, professional, and enjoyable to use.
